Article 1 – Purpose

The Terms and Conditions are intended to govern the sales of Products between the Seller and the Customer on the website www.karunacachemire.com

Article 2 – General Conditions
Any order placed on the website necessarily implies the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of these General Sales Conditions. The company Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE retains the possibility of modifying these General Sales Conditions at any time in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of the website. However, the application Conditions will be those in force on the date of the purchase’s validation by the Customer.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.karunacachemire.com in the catalogue of the collections, within the limits of available stocks. Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE reserves the rights to modify the range of the products at any time. Since the manufacturing is handcrafted each piece is unique.
KARUNA CACHEMIRE takes great care in presenting its products. The photos are as accurate as possible but cannot involve the Seller’s liability. Minimal variations may exist between a product and its photography, particularly with regard to colours. Under no circumstances can these variations be considered to be manufacturing defects.

Artice 4 – Price
The prices on the website are in euros including VAT.
Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be billed on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the Customer’s purchase. The prices shown do not include the shipping fee.

Article 5 –  Order
Validating  an order on the website involves an obligatory a series of steps which are set out on the website. The Customer expressly undertakes to provide complete and accurate information. In the case of an error in the wording of the delivery address or of incomplete information making impossible the delivery of the order, Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE cannot be held responsible.
Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes acceptance of all the present Conditions of Sales.

Article 6 – Payment
The total price of the order (including shipping fee) must be paid in totality at the time of the validation of the Customer’s purchase.
Payment can be made with credit card such as Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. All transactions are made through the secure online payment platform Stripe.

Article 7 –  Ownership Reserve
The company Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE retains full ownership of the products sold until the full amount is collected, including the shipping costs.

Article 8 – Delivery
Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE is committed to doing the best to meet the delivery deadlines indicated. These are given for guidance and are in no way a formal commitment. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form in the agreed geographical area.

Article 9 – Withdrawal
According to Article L121 of the (French) Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen working days from the delivery date to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return to the Seller for a refund without penalty. All returned products must have original tags, packaging and not show any signs of wear of use. In the case that the Seller finds an anomaly on the Products, according to the law, he can apply a deduction.

The amount of the products only, will be refunded. The refund will be done once the Seller has received the returned products.The shipping fee will not be refunded.

Article 10 – Liability
The company Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE is bound only by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for a domain resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, break-up of service or other unintended problems.

Article 11 – Protection of Personal Data
The company Isabelle Lippitsch / KARUNA CACHEMIRE undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of all information provided by the Customer. All his information is subject to the provisions of the (French) law Virtual and Freedom dated from the 6th of January 1978. As such, the Customer has the right to modify of delete any information about him.

Article 12 –  Applicable law in case of disputes
These General Sales Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French court of Nice shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
